I have a new phone that will do stuff like access this site, but all the graphics, etc. make it difficult to navigate.
Has there been any thought about a mobile version of the site that strips down some of the clutter?

That would be nice to have a mobile version. I can't load the pages on my blackberry either. I'm not sure how that is done on a forum format.
