a while back I ordered some 7.62x51 surplus ammo on gunbroker.

I want to shoot it through my M1A, but don't know if it's corrosive or not.

on the 20 round box is this info:

LOS MEN93C0010

the head stamp has the above number and the Nato cross.

the bullet is silver / magnetic with green sealant on the primer and the neck of the case is annealed. the ammo didn't come in a battle pack.

i'm hoping the ammo is non corrosive.
can anyone verify?

Hello, You are good to go. They are non corrosive but most likely berdan primed.(my men92 are). So reloading the cases is your choice, if you have the berdan primers and setup.
Go shoot them up....
