Well, nothing on TV so as I was surfing I happened to catch the last 30 minutes of MARS ATTACKS!

In the few times that I watched it, I never noticed that the majority of the US soldiers were carrying M14's!

I now have a new respect for that movie. :lol:

One more interesting thing about that movie. At then end of it, the girl giving our heros a medal looks exactly like the Queen in the Star Wars Episode 1 and 2.

WHit I get a kick out of is in the beginning of the movie theres a seen where the trailer trash are hanging around --and the son puts a m14 back together in under two minutes---made me happy.
