I have a trigger group that I recently traded for that has some markings on the tridder and hammer that I have never seen before. On the trigger there is a large "S" imprinted on it on the inside hollow side of the trigger assembly. It also has an HR hammer with the letters"AE" after the the "HR" BTW if it helps it is a HR N trigger assembly. Do you know what these marking stand for?

H&R like all other contractors used sub-contractors for production of many items. AE in your hammer and the N in your housing most likely are the initials of the sub-contractors. The S on your trigger signifies the trigger was forged at Springfield Armory. It is called a forging mark.
