This optic is set for M80 at 2790 fps the average fps out of a M1A/M14
AR10's/AR15 using .223 also great with 175SMK at 2650 perfect for .308 bolt guns. Be sure to sign up for notification.DI5

1. Thats not an M14 in the videoUSNA
2. How well will it take the forward recoil from the 14?

If it's anywhere near the quality of your red dots, this will be a very nice optic.

ps. PA is my preferred vendor for AR parts. Deal with confidence.

The M1A/M14 recoil is fine. When designing the reticle I made sure the the M14/M1A would line up using M80 and other .308 loads.

Looks interesting.
Can you expand on the development/testing of the scope specifically relating to the M14/M1A platform?
Web Site says ETA in August, is this when you expect to be delivering?
What are the warranty terms?

PA puts out good products for the money. Great customer service if you need it. Had a couple of their 4-14 models on my ar15's. Don't overlook them if if you're on a limited budget.

Seems like a great scope for the price. I wonder how it compares to the other sub-$1000 ffp scopes in that price range. Specifically the Viper PST 4-14.

Where are these scopes made? If they are made in China, will they be durable (especially with the M14 platform) and what is the resulting warranty going to be like? Right now I am looking at the SWFA Super Sniper scopes that are made in Japan. My concern is that with the cost initially so low, what will the quality be like?

The warranty terms are not set yet but anyone that has done business with us knows we make things right.

The development
After years and years of studying sniper engagements and international sniper competition the ACSS system was created. Everything is pre milled not requiring math, auto range and correlated with BDC,wind and leads. In our studies the #1 reason shot were missed was wrong range estimation,#2 wind, #3 leads. Targets or unknown distance, movers and limited opportunity were the hardest to engage. The ACSS is designed to solve those problems out performing anything else prior to, yet still allow you to dial in an exact firing solution and use the mils system.

The M1A/M14

In my humble opinion the best DMR rifle created so far. Standard M80 ball out of an M1A/M14 is doing about 2700 fps and lines up out to 900 yards and just a hair low at 1000.

AR10/M-110
Another rifle that was given much attention was the AR10/M110 military ball and some .308 loads line up really well when dialed in (0) at 50/200 yards

M24-40/Rem 700
175 SMK at 2650 is the base load for this reticle and perfect for any .308 bolt gun that can push a pill at that fps.

Its a busy reticle, but once I read the descriptions, it seems quick and straight forward.

Tony.

As busy as it might appear its really fast 0-300 using the horse shoe.
because autorange is correlated time on target is decreased. When you become familiar with it as you are with your weapon its scary effective. Its not as busy as the spotter trying to range screaming at youDISHOUT adjustments looking at a data book. You simple range it, hold for wind and engage.DI5

The brains of it here. The scope in China. And yes we are well aware that China can make airsoft quality crap but that's not what this is. We are using the same factories that develop their military optics and to PA specs. If there is any kind of defect the factory pays for it, so naturally the QC and reliability is very high. We are using the standard 4-14FFP we scope we have been selling for a while now that has a great non defect record, it was chosen by Mack at the military arms channel as the optic for the 1000 yard gun under a $1000 but with the ACSS system in it.
