M14 Op Rod Pedigree?

Need help determining manufacture date and contractor information on an M14 Op Rod marked as follows: 7267064 (part #, I think)
MFR 24411 (contractor ?)

Yes it is GI from the 1980's. Mercury Tool was the contractor.
