The barrel was made by General Dynamics Armanent Systems, Inc. of Saco, Maine in April, 1983. It passed all the ordnance tests and inspections. It is a National Match M14 barrel. The number should be 9345206 which means it is a medium weight contour barrel. It was manufactured according to the U. S. Army Research Development Engineering Command blueprint of June, 1981. The circle "P" means it was proof fired while attached to a receiver. So, it is a take off barrel.
