I am looking for a cleaning kit to go in my buttstock, and really like how the m10 tool disassembles to bolt inside the action so i want one with that tool instead of the normal combination tool. The dilema is brownells has the m1 garand cleaning kit but is out of stock for the m14 variant.

I am wondering if that kit that is in stock would also work for a m1a since the m10 tool is supposedly the same size for both, or if the brushes and rods would not work for my gun.

If new brush size would be needed i have plenty of those, but i just dont want to order a kit that will not work on my gun. Any advice is appreciated.

Here is the link for the m10 tool that kit comes with if it helps anyone answer my question
