I'm replacing the neutered NM FH on my post-ban Loaded with a new NM commercial item that has a bayonet lug. The difference in weight (it is not insignificant) has me wondering what affect it may have on barrel harmonics, good or bad. Has anyone seen an effect on groups when they've made this change?

Also, I recently saw a FH on a SM that had the flutes opened up. I've never seen this mod before. Can anyone shed any light on this?

I did the same on my NM and had no change in accuracy. I recall using a drill rod to check the concentricity of the bore to the Suppressor. As far as modifying the flutes, I haven't heard of that one.

I have never discerned any difference. The only reason I switched and continue to seek them out and use them is because a bunch of dead behind the eyes individuals told me I should not have them because they are evil
