What do you use to lubricate your weapons?

Does anybody have any experience with the Mil-Comm TW-25B?

Best regards, T

Aloha T:

I use about any thick strong grease that will stay put and not run and can handle high heat and friction...

Let me know if you want the names of the grease...

Aloha HogHunter:

I am using Brownell's Action Grease (black), Lubriplate (white) and the Military grease from the small cups that fit in the butt stock. I also have Tetra grease but have not used it yet, but it sits in my range bag, just in case I should ever need more "lube".

Of them all, I prefer the black action grease. It stays put where applied and it NEVER runs... however, use very little, it will go a long way. One jar has lasted me years.

I also use it for my 1911 pistols as well.

I use Slick 50 One Grease (TM). It is a teflon based grease. You can buy a 14.5 ounce tube of it at Wally World for less than $5.00. I've run about 3000 rounds through my NFA select fire M1A with it and have had no problems. IMO, it is better than the M1 Garand grease. It goes on thinner and does not pick up as much carbon residue.
