The stock that lost weight was the old krinkle finish and yep it was a huge noticable difference, I have a SOCOM2 and after I pulled the cluster rail off it was real light also. I have not even bothered to strip the black finish of mine as of yet...GITEN

One full pound weight reduction? Incredible! My stock weighs in at 3 pounds right now as it came from SA. How about yours? Do you think 2 pounds is "doable?"
