The stock that lost weight was the old krinkle finish and yep it was a huge noticable difference, I have a SOCOM2 and after I pulled the cluster rail off it was real light also. I have not even bothered to strip the black finish of mine as of yet...GITEN

Consider the Blackfeather chassis stock, they can be quite light without sacrificing accuracy or functionality.
