Just got a SOCOM II...I want to change the stock

Just got a SOCOM II. I want to get the VLtor M1S-1EG. Will this chassis fit the SOCOM II? Will I have to modify the upper portion of the weapon? Thanks.

I have that stock, it's the regular Vltor Modstock in foliage green with the selector cutout. I have it on a full size Standard M1A, it will fit a Socom. It is not a chassis stock, but made from a USGI fiberglass stock mated with a Vltor rear.
