Is this too corroded to shoot?

Found a box of Portuguese with a few rough ones. Safe to shoot? Just curious to how much corrosion is acceptable from a safety standpoint.

I treat old ammo the same way I treat leftovers in my fridge. "When in doubt, throw it out".

Unless the zombies are beating down your door, of course, then you use whatever you have, but why take a chance?
