Thanks Hamstrosity for the info. Can someone confirm this for me please just to make sure I do not end up with a can of grease I will never use and waste my money. I too think it is plasti-lube, but I just feel knowing for sure. Thanks guys.

Correct. 50 year old stuff…good and smelly. Just make sure the can is not opened or contaminated with shop crap.

It's Plastilube and damn good for your rifles.

Don't get all goofy about these new fangled lubes at expensive prices.

Plastilube served our weapons for many wars and worked very well.

Your fortunate to get it.

What are opinions of the GAA grease and also the usgi Moly-grease I have seen in similar cans? I will be using it primarily on firearms.
