djltx, I know what you mean too. :lol: I get over to the range and there's some guys shooting their bolt action sporters and their .22s and what all. One guy likes to sit down at the other end of the range and play with his .22; when I get the Garand out and run a clip he'll start hollering about my Garand being loud. He ain't wearing ear protection either. :?
I've found that if I don't take my Garand with me, I usually wish I had.
There's always some bunch of guy there that make me want to step up between them (in the empty positions) and run a clip. Just something about the '06 blast and that PING... :lol:

:lol: :lol: :lol:I had the same problem with a guy two lanes over from me one time when I was shooting my M1A. Every third casing would land on his bench while he was trying to shoot his Browning A-bolt and he was livid that my rifle sent its casing over in his direction. The funniest thing about it was that his girlfriend thought it was funny and that made it even funnier .
I've found that if I don't take my Garand with me, I usually wish I had.
