Am looking at a rear sight for HRA build project...the elevation knob is marked "WCE" and the windage is marked "Wright"...are those subcontract markings appropriate Or would only straight "HR" markings be correct?

They'd be correct enough for a M14-type IF the WCE pinion is calibrated in meters not yards. If it goes to 1200 it's for a Garand.
