At the gun show Saturday, I picked up 440rds of 7.62x51, 147gr FMJ at $9/box of 20. The boxes are labeled Olin, the cases are headstamped WCC 86.

So, it's Winchester from the mid '80s. Is this, essentially, Q3130?

Do I have mil spec brass here?

That was pretty good ammo, close clone to M80 ball. IIRC the cases are Winchester commercial and the primers aren't crimped in. Should shoot and reload fine.
