You need to read the article, hardheaded .
Nary a one was bought at a gunshow not a single one.

Carrying a few spare 40mm magazines would be out of the question without a backpack,
I guess we're gonna have to rewrite that old country classic to

In all honesty you have to give the Houston's "Eyebulging Stools" news dept a lot of credit for researching & getting this story out in the first place even with the few glaring inaccuracies .
If ABC corporate had heard of it , especially given the results, it would never have seen the light of day, it certainly doesn't fit their corporate agenda..

So I'll give them an "A" for effort , an "A" for objectivity, a "A" for researching and polling the inmates & a "C'' for editing & fact checking [primarily the 40mm error].

I'm shocked that no one said they downloaded the files and built the gun themselves on a 3D printer hooked up to a computer they had at home ...

Last I heard, the threat of 3D printed guns was huge.

I would say a missed major player, no matter how and why they got the weapons
Was they were on the street, especially the repeat offenders.
So they let violent people out and keep less or none violent peoples in.
The prisons for profit and British Maritime law, are responsible for the issues.
Rebuild the" Justice System " ?
Return to "Natural Law" ?
Remove the profit from the system and return peace and harmony to the society.

I remember back in the early 1990s it was reported that "assault rifles" were used in less than 0.01 percent of crimes.
