Hello, just found this place, actually I was recommended here quite some time ago from another forum, and have been shooting M1A,s for quite awhile. I Currently have a SA M1A "Loaded Version" I purchased in 1996. She's getting a little tired as the groups she lays out are starting to open up a bit. Have had a scope on it and am back to iron sights for now. Probably go back to scope next year sometime as my eyes are getting a tad old. Glad to find a site mostly dedicated to this rifle.

Welcome aboard! Lots of good info here. If your barrel is getting tired it may be time to send it to one of the great smiths that post on the board, MCORPS1
