If you plan to shoot nato spec. surplus ammo most of the time, then it should be headspaced for just that.

Shooting match ammo would be no problem either if headspace is on the short end.

I just lapped a bolt to 1.633 for shooting surplus which will also be O.K. for commercial or match as well.
