Scope mount appears to be an American Defense product. There good mounts, got one one an AR. I like then better then Larue.

Strap on hard plastic, and pop rivets....not my style, but probably works for some. I got one from TNVC and I really like it.

I'll stick with this nylon strap based cheek rest from S.E.I. as it doesn't make any noise save for when you adjust its velcro straps. Plastic cheek rests are not sound efficient.
