I recently found a 50 cal can full of M1 En Bloc clips during a move, I have read about guys looking for special ones, what would they be?
These all are BRW 2's through 6's, are they special at all? I know they are all USGI so that's good but are they the ones collectors are looking for?
Thanks for any help.

From what I read BRW's (Borg Warner)were all made near Chicago in Bellwood, IL, about 2 miles from where I grew up. The number indicates which press they were made on. I got BRW clips with M1's last time I bought.

You are correct, BRW en blocs are USGI and are excellent en blocs, some were made during WW II and the others are Post War. I know Early SA and obviously Winchester en blocs are desirable as others have said and are usually worth more.

My understanding is that the BRW en blocs, if in good shape, usually go for around $2-3.00 a piece.

HTH.
