hi, in my new M1A there is slitly gap betwen the stock and the back receiver, with the trigger housing mount on the rifle the back part of the receiver ( from the rear sight to the end ) do not touch the wood.

I usually shoot betwen 100 to 200 mts with the metal sight, can this gap can influence the accurate of the rifle ?

Is this depend on the stock or could the receivere is slitly bended ?

I allready sent a post about this problem, and what I understand on the answer i should make a bedding, but before tryng this I would prefer to buy a new stock, where i can find a Walnut stock for M1A ( not M14 ) with all the metal parts included ?

Tks BR ric
