Had a Spikes lower on hand and decided to go out and find an M4 upper today.
Found a new Windham M4 upper for a good price and bagged a WMD nickle boron M16 bolt as well.
Did some cleaning on the upper to get the test round powder out then treated the bore with some TW25B lube.
Dropped in a 3 1/2 pound CMC trigger pac and slide fire stock and headed to the range to test it out.
Worked like a champ in semi and ran slick as hell in slide fire mode.
Real happy with how the nickle boron bolt worked, very very smooth.
Ran about 200 rounds thru it and all I had to do was wipe the bolt carrier off no scrubbing involved.
Pulled the bolt out and gave it a quick wipe and good to go.Cleaned up very easy.

I'm a chrome or coated bolt convert...

How do you like that trigger?

The CMC trigger is decent but not as nice feeling as the Timney drop in unit.
I have another M4 set up like this using a Timney 3 lb unit and it works amazingly well.
It has a std M16 bolt right now but I'm going to get another WMD nickle boron bolt for it.
I was impressed how easy the bolt carrier is to clean and how smooth the gun cycles.
Deff a believer in them.
