I was in Cody Wyoming last week and spent three days playing with the big bore revolvers.
The S&W .500 will shoot. I am no hand gun shooter but I did put down two steel rams at 300 yards with 10 rounds shooting off hand. Good for me.
Shot John Linebaughs .474, .475 maximum, and .500 till I thought my hand would fall off. Sure was fun.
Hamalton Bowen let me shoot one of his .45 long colt hunters buitl on a Ruger Bisley frame. Sweet but pricey and worth every penney.
Sure beats working.
