Ball, NATO headstamp ammunition from France. Manufactured 1971, with the nickel bi-metal bullets. France stopped selling it's surplus ammunition in the '70's, they would dispose of it all into the ocean instead of selling it to a third party.

I acquired several hundred of these in a bunch of stuff at an estate sale.

Buy the time I got them they had been broken down into their components, case with primer and bullets.

It appears the previous owner pulled the bullets (147gr) and replaced them with 150 gr, using the same case, primer, and powder reassembled them.

This info is based on the labels on the ammo boxes.

Some of the brass was still broken down so, I reloaded some of them for plinking.

The only issue I had with them is, the primer was the most diffIcult primer to decap I have ever run across.

Had to resort to the old school method of decapping, punch and hammer.

Still have the several hundred bullets, they will attract a magnet

I've reloaded the brass twice with no issues.

50 cents per round is a deal!
