To all those who have helped locate the fm 23-8 1974, marksmanship, I've finally located a site that has the manual available for purchase. No one has found a source for online download. The source is www.military-info.com. The manual is available for $24.00. I believe it will make an excellent reference for m14 marksmanship, and a great addition to our libraries.
