Thanks for sharing. I really like art. I'd like a copy of those for my office. Top one especially.

Are those Hessians in green?

Assistant Surgeon William Brydon was actually not the only survivor. A few days later some sepoys straggled into Jellalabad.

32 British officers, 50 European soldiers, 21 children and 12 women were captured, but survived, to be released in September 1842. An unknown number of sepoys were captured and sold into slavery.

Yes from what I know about the uniforms of the time. They also wore blue, depending on unit, etc. I assume.
