Finally Got To Order My New Toys!!!
Just sent an order off to CMP for a high numbered Springfield 1903 and a Remington 1903/A3. :mrgreen:
Ordered a Springfield Service Grade Garand and some Lake City ball, too.
I thought long and hard about making my first 1903 a high numbered Rock Island, but decided to go Springfield for the first one.
I've wanted to own some true American battle rifles since I was a whole lot younger than I am now and I'm really glad that I can finally start collecting some of these true American treasures.
When the VISA heals up a little, I plan on getting that Rock Island 1903 and a 1917 Enfield.
I can tell you that the envelop just hit the post office and I'm already one really happy camper. \/
