Hi all,

I've been offered a few battle packs of South African surplus by a friend in part settlement of a debt. We both want to make sure we agree to a fair price.

What do you think a fair price per battle pack would be?

Many thanks.

SA was good ammo but it's getting old. I recently experienced one FTF from a SEALED battle pak and some of it's beginning to case corrode where the brass touches the box. I wouldn't pay much for it anymore and then use it for blasting ammo.

I ripped open a new one from 1980 a few months ago and it is still fantastic. Pretty darn accurate and the most reliable of anything new or surplus I have tried. A little dirtier on the bolt face but I clean, therefore I am.

I've been able to get this for .50c/roar when broken out of packs, cheapest I've seen packs in the PNW is $75 which is about .53c

I routinely see $90-$100 being asked, just sits and sits at those prices.

Thanks everyone,

We've agreed a price of $75 per pack which seems fair to both of us.

I'll just have to get out this 4th of July weekend and shoot some of it RNGR1
