Just purchased a Match grade M1A, fired at least 500 rounds with no problem. Field striped it and cleaned , now it seems like not enough gas to do the job to eject and reload ! Only field striped thats it .

need drill bits

Did not flip gas lock, but also did not clean the gas plug it self, used a 22 cal brush and a 9mill to clean the system. Not cleaning properly is more like it .. Cleaned the plug ! Was loaded with carbon .... Need the drill bits to get the heavy crap out first. Would amazon have them ? and what is the diameter of all ?

Sadlak makes a damn good set.

This is the set that I have. A better description can be found here:

http://www.sadlak.com/si_tools.html

The cleaning drill set includes a #15 (.180 dia) & Letter ‘P’ (.323 dia.) drill for scraping the carbon deposits from the internal bores. The drill handles are CNC machined from the same type of 6061 aluminum with a comfortable ergonomic design.
4Quangs beat me to it.
