M1903 shouldn't need any tools. Just clean it and shoot it.

If you don't mess with it you'll never break anything 8) .

Which model did you get? I shoot my "low number" several times a year but would like to get one of the 1940-ish Remington M1903s.

I have my M1903 coming in from CMP. What are the "must have" tools and accessories I need before I go to the range? Also, what parts, especially springs should I have in-stock? Lastly, what is the best shop manual on the rifle out there? Thanks!

A good cleaning rod. All you need to know is how to remove the bolt.
