here is a small vid of me blastin' some cinder blocks at 100yds for fun. i like the "M14" look on this M1A standard. the selector kit was made by Hawk.
I installed one on my first TRW/Poly Tech M14 about ten years ago. I wanted to fill up the ugly hole in my nice walnut GI stock and that seemed like the best way to go. I purchased mine from Hawk as well...
yeah,
Hawk does good work. ive ordered 5 kits from him already because i was amazed at the quality of the work. the parked finish is nice and easier than i thought to install. from what i hear, his production line is back up to date.
Fulton Armory Faux Fun switch.
Fits great, even rotates.
Guide pin in one side.....screw in the other...epoxied in place.
I drilled the screw pilot too deep and had some patching/painting to do.
Be carefull with those pilot holes!
here are two of my M14 stocks with Hawk's dummy kit. they really show up on the birch stocks.
ok ok i'll show the birch one more time.....
