I live and work near the airport and saw this one bank in low one day for a landing and headed out for a closer look. We get a lot of military aircraft passing through for fuel and the pilots are always willing to show you their aircraft. He said the tower gave him discretion on the landing, so I asked him if he could take off with some flair. He did not disappoint.
