HAHA, I just got that email today too.

There are a couple videos on youtube.

Only really works at night, dawn and indoor shooting. It comes out to 17-18 cents per bullet. The burn time is not that long and they are only made for handgun rounds. It would be fun to show off in the steel pit at your local range, or have all the mall-ninja commandos oooing and awwing at the indoor range, but it isn't practical in a self defense situation as I do not carry handloads.

If I had a Thompson, I might get some for fun, but that's about it.

Like a laser, I think these would be good for training new shooters.

I wouldn't teach anybody to aim with a laser, but the laser jumping around the target helps to show them how unsteady they are.

Same with tracers. Rather than relying on holes in the targets (or no holes) to "mark" misses, it'd be easier if the shooter sees the tracer go into the dirt.

I've got three Thompsons, a 1921, and two 28s. Right now I can't afford the fifty. GI4GI4 How do we make the targets glow in the dark, maybe use lit red 5 watt bulbs. Hey now that sounds like fun. GI2MCORPS1
