I bought a DPMS AR-15 about three years ago, the barrel is a heavy target type and had been cryoed. Despite the rifle being an absolute piece of junk, it does shoot very well, but I do not have an un-cryoed twin to compare it to. The word around the campfire seems to be that the bigger the bore the more a cryo treatment will help. Does your weapon shoot well? If it does, it’s probably the cryo treatment… if it doesn’t then it wasn’t worth the cost : ) Sorry I haven’t been of really any help, it does make sense that the treatment should help. I hope the rifle shoots well.
