Those have new commercial barrels and are built by the folks at a local gun shop in affiliation with the CMP. All parts are of course used but refinished, and a new commercial stock is used.

The CMP sells a Amegaranges Scout Mount just for the M1. Should be on their e-store list.

It fits perfectly, and is very solid. It does alter the balance of the rifle, but is well worth it.
