Hello Everyone!

I'd like to take a quick moment to introduce myself (I'm sure some of you may have dealt with me in the past 3 years). My name is Brandon and I handle the Commercial Sales division at Check-Mate Industries. I'm here to answer any questions you may have on our mags or M14 mags in general. We are incredibly appreciative of the support from the M14 community over the years and look forward to continuing returning the favor. If you place an order with us, please email me or shoot me a message so I can make sure your order gets something extra. A few requests below to keep things running smoothly.

*I can't confirm or deny exactly which manufacturers we make magazines for but I can definitely point you in the right direction

*If there's a problem with our magazines PLEASE get in contact with us! We will make sure you get a magazine that works for your rifle.

*To avoid clogging the thread, please email me for questions regarding order status, Mil/ LEO discounts and Dealer Distributor submissions.

*Let us hear your ideas! We have weekly R&D meetings focused on improving and providing the best M14 magazine on the market.

I, and numerous others here, would like to take advantage of this thread to say... Thank You.

I personally can not say enough accolades for supplying as M1A guys with a great, reasonably priced, high quality and reliable magazine.

Seriously, while we might kinda take it for granted... it really means a lot to me.

A lot of other brand M1A magazines are... well.. pretty much crap.

Thank You again.

I am sure others will chime in soon enough !

Welcome to the M14Forum.com !!

I can't thank you enough. We wouldn't be where we are today without people like yourself. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything

Nice seeing you here on the forum Brandon and this brings up a question. Sometime ago (probably early last winter) I went on your site and signed up for the military discount program. Now being retired I frequently don't expect to be accorded a military discount but your site asked for a copy of my retired ID which I then emailed/forwarded to your people. I waited and I may even have put in one of your contact forms on the site to inquire as to the status but I never received so much as a peep back from Checkmate Industries. I suppose its possible that the program was discontinued but a return email would have been nice. So instead of doing business directly I have since purchased around a dozen 20rd mags from .44mag.com. - RHH

Our web notifications sometimes end up in the spam filter, your MIL account should be active as we still validate them daily. Please pm me and i'll get you squared away!

Excellent products and welcome to the team. I went to the website, listed above by a member, and took a look at the M1a offering. Very extensive and wonderful pricing but everything was marked EXTENDED LEAD TIME ITEM. I’m in NO hurry but what could we expect?

Best wishes.
Right now (A/O 8/13) we're running about 1 week lead time. Give me a call or email before you place your order and i'll make sure you get taken care of

How about "rivited" 10/20 magazines with
available spring kits......If for no other reason
it might give the Ma. AG a stroke.
Riveted magazines are tough because with a drill they can be knocked out in a matter of seconds. The law requires something permanent, which we have experimented with but none of the prototypes have been "user serviceable" after being limited to 10 rounds. We are actively working on a solution that can still be taken apart and cleaned.

I always buy alot of the M1A C.M.I. mags at the NRA meeting each year. This year I bought 15 of them plus 3 of the limited edition "Texas" 25 rounders. Over the past 5 years or so I have bought over 100 C.M.I mags. I am sure that I spoke with Brandon at length the NRA meeting this year. He shared lot of information about the future plans for C.M.I.
WOOO! TEXAS MAGS! Thanks for stopping by and picking some up, I'm glad we were able to work with Blown Deadline cerakote on those. If they didn't sell, I don't think management would let me do another cerakote run. Luckily they sold like hotcakes thanks to all the folks with good taste such as yourself! This has me thinking, M14 Forum cerakote run? See what designs we can come up with
