Canadian Arsenal made all the military barrels for the Lee-Enfields bolt rifles made in Canada (No.1, 3 and 4) through the first half of the 20th Century, then shifted over to the FN-FALs in the 1950s. They also made barrels for the M14 during this time, I'm assuming as orders filled for the U.S. military. Arsenal has since morphed into Diemaco, who today is the sole manufacturer of M4s for the Canadian military.

Any Canadian Arsenal barrel in good shape is wonderful find. If you ever decide to part with it, let me know.
