I just wanted to share my newest rifle. I purchase it as a Bula barreled reciever (XM21) complete with a Bula 19.25" chrome lined barrel and Bula bolt properly headspaced. I finished it with a unitized gas cylinder, National match reamed flash supressor, USGI fiberglass stock with NM ferrule mod and a properly relieved handguard (thanks to Tony Ben's videos). I have had a couple of email conversations with Jeff Miller from Bula Defense who has been very responsive and helpful. My first range trip yeilded a rifle that functioned flawlessly and much to my surprise gave me an approximately 1" 5 shot group after properly sighting. I couldn't be happier with this rifle. Thanks Jeff Miller and Bula Defense and Tony Ben for all of your advice and information.

Thanks. The scope is a SWFA super sniper 6 power. I went with 6 power because I will deer hunt with it too.

Anther range report today. I am still working on barrel break in so, still frequent cleaning between groups. After a couple of 5 shot groups with cheap ammo I decided to try a 5 shot group with my trusty 168 gr FGMM. I had 20-25 mph wind gusts quartering from behind so I was trying to time my shots between gusts. I don't know if I pulled the first shot or mis-timed a gust but it was a little low. All in all I am very pleased with this rifle build.

Not yet. Right now I am just shooting a USGI HR-N trigger. Shooting sight trigger will be my next purchase, then a Wolfe Modfib stock.

It is a Bradley adjustable. I really don't think you could find a better riser.
