Yes, you should worry.
My first question is: Why change the bolt? Are you having trouble, or is it just for a spare?
Either way, you need to check (or have checked) your headspace before shooting a new barrel/bolt/receiver combination (in other words, if you change any of the 3, you need to check it). There are instructions posted elsewhere on this board, I just can't find them right quick (too much to do). Best of luck.
