i bought my cheek rest from Blackhawk. it was about $30.

no chance to try it at the range yet, though.

I use a Blackhawk that has the multiple pads for height adjustment and the cheek weld is great.
I'd go with a Harris Bipod. period

Among others I have a TNVC (check them out in the sponsers section of this forum). It has a couple of little extra's that you may or may not need. They come in Desert brown or OD green. Look pretty cool on the gun.
