cuz if they have a trailer fire and you shipment is destroyed they won't even call you to tell you.

They just wait around until you call and ask about your package. Then call you a day later and tell you it burned up and tell you that you should call the shipper and have them call as well so you can hopefully get a refund or replacement.

I even asked them why they did not call or email, policy.

Very poor customer service.

Dealing with the shippers is a one way street. their way. UPS rates increased 10% this year and their service got 10% worse.... and it was already bad. I'm still having the best luck with the USPS.

Thankfully the shipper, ICE Arms, has great customer service and offered to ship out the replacement parts same day I called them to tell them what happened. <<Because Fed Ex was not going to!

My first time buying from them and they have been great to deal with.
