That looks good. Is the rail solid with just the two bolts? any need to epoxy bed anything?

You can get an under stock rail from Thomas (M14doc) but he suggests epoxy/bedding it. I'm gonna go that route to run an afg. I'm trying to sort out a short rail for the side for my 3 point sling (same as yours, I think, spectergear?) so I can ditch my tri rail but still not use the wrap around adapter...

i mounted gg&g rails to my vltor stock. the rails are very cheap ($25) and easy to install. i just had to drill the holes in the stock and then used epoxy in support.

Those side rails is exactly what I'm looking to do. Are the holes in them threaded and the screws mount from the inside of the stock then you epoxy over them? Where did you source those rails from?
