I've been an occasional lurker, and have benefited from the information on the forums in the past. This is a great group - I would like to thank everyone for their past, present, and future contributions.
I have been a firearms “enthusiast” for many years. I recently retired, so I expect to be able to dedicate a lot more time to the hobby. One of my main interests is M1 Garand / M14 type rifles.
No military service, but I did spend 14 years as a “reserve” deputy sheriff - patrolling the local lakes. I’m a life (benefactor) member of the NRA. I’m also a member of the GCA, and the local rifle club.
I’m looking forward to interacting with the group.
