I've seen this ammunition recall in other forum and it says it was an old recall. Is that true?
If you read the postings at the recall site. It states what manufacture it's about, what lots and what year it was posted for.

Beware of Lake City 7.62 Creedmoor Brass (not fully resized)

I got an email a few days ago about the Creedmoor LC brass for 179.00 per 1000. I bought 1k of it. Cost was $209 delievered for 1000 pieces. Primer pockets looked to have the crimp removed.

Brass looks very nice but all of the pieces I checked do not fit my case gauge. The shoulder still needs to be pushed back a little more to right length. Tried chambering one of the empties in a standard m14 barrel, and of course it got stuck as it is a bit over length. My case gauge is 308 but I doubt it would chamber in a 7.62 chamber.

Looks like I will be sizing it all to bump back the shoulder, I hope it doesn't effect the overall length too much as they did trim them and to my gauge the are trimmed a just a little short. It was all LC 2011 brass. If you bought this, you'll probably need to resize it a little before it is safe to shoot.

I think they are out now anyway, but just a heads up.

It's not too late to grab some brass!
Once-fired Lake City 308 brass is taking up room in our warehouse. This brass has been fully cleaned and resized. The primer pockets have been chamfered, the flash holes deburred and the case mouths have been prepped. We just don't have the time to finish prepping for this brass. And, we need the space in our warehouse!

The only thing you'll need to do is size the necks. We've used this brass in our Creedmoor Ammo and it is performing perfectly. You won't be disappointed with this brass or with the price.

We are selling this in boxes of 200. The more you buy, the more you save!
