I know this is a very old post, but after reading all the posts on AFSCs, you were the only one that was a 326 unless I missed somebody. I was also a 326x6A on the D model and depending when you were there, I may know you or ran into you there. 1976 was when I was there until 1981 and came back in 1990 until retirement in 1997. I also work on E model, FB (sac) and G model. Also worked on a few F and EFs that were transient. I was funny how everytime you PCS to a new command, you change shop name designator, A shop (TAC), WCIN (USAFE), Bmb/Nav (SAC) etc...1st 326X6A A shop F-111D
2nd 272X0 Air traffic controller/Tower & Rapcon
3rd 291X1 changed to 491X1 changed to 3C0X1 Computer Ops
It took me 24.5 years to get those, lots of fun.
