After cleaning my Colt 1911A1 and putting it back together for a function check I noticed that one of my rear dots was missing. I called Colt and they said it was a common problem and I could reapply the dot with a hobby paint or an automotive type paint but would not give a specific brand. Has anybody else had this problem and what did you use for paint. Thank-you for any help.

Testor's model paint works
+1, I've had a small bottle of Testor's white enamel that I have been using to mark sights for like 25 years...
