I used to own a Valmet M76 in .223 with a folding stock. Sold it when the price tripled! It is an excellent .223 weapon, very well made, very accurate and extremely reliable. Rounds that would jam an AR-15 , AR-180 or Mini-14 would feed, fire and eject with no problem! However, they are extremely expensive these days!

Some where in this picture is a Valmet  Every thing about these rifles are expensive these days. Mags especially the .308 are off the charts. I once put a .223 mag in my 62(rifle above the bullpup) which is a 7.62x39 and almost had to send it off to a gunsmith to get it out. The valmet 7.62x39 mag is slightly more curved than it .223 counterpart there for the mag release ran out of room because the curve is not there on the .223 mag.
