What's the chances of one made Jan of 1999 having any USGI parts?

Have an opportunity at a Loaded model for a good price, but can't tell by pics if any USGI parts... Don't want to put off seller and ask a ton of Q's and a boatload of pics...

It does have a bayonet lug FWIW...

Thanks fellas!

A 1999 model should have a GI bolt, sights and triggergroup, although probably not matching. The oprod may or may not be.

It would not have left the factory with a bayonet lug.

Simply ask the seller what markings are the lower line of the bolt. That will give you a good idea about the rest of the parts. Obviously, the barrel will be commercial on the Loaded model. The Standard model usually had a USGI barrel in 1999.

The M1A loaded I purchased new is a December 1999 build. Unfortunately it came with an SAInc machined from a billet bolt and an SAInc op rod. The trigger housing is also SAInc. The rifle performed well out of the box but I did replace the bolt wit an HRT about 10 years ago.

So, a 1999 build may not have many USGI parts on it.
